What is a Dispute?
If ever you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order or delivery, you're able to submit a 'Dispute'. A 'Dispute' is a complaint related to any unsatisfactory aspect of a ChefHero delivery.
Once submitted a representative will review and follow-up on your claim within 24-48 hours.  

Types of Disputes:
Disputes can be one of the following:
Short - An item is missing from my order or was not delivered
Bad Quality - The quality of the product received is unusable
Picking Error - I received the incorrect item with my delivery 

Disputes are quite rare and handled with the utmost urgency to get you back in the kitchen!
Disputes of any type are all submitted the same way: by using the 'Dispute' function in your 'Receiving Checklist'.
