Once you have submitted an order, it will be displayed as a 'Pending Order' on your Order Desk.
At this time, you have 20 minutes to adjust your order, with a countdown timer displayed next it, outlining how much time you have left. 

Common changes made to orders during this period are as follows: 

  • Add or Change Items & Quantities 
  • Change Delivery Date, Location, or Window
  • Add Notes or Delivery Instructions
  • Cancel Order

After this 20-minute grace period, you will receive an email notification confirming that your order has been successfully submitted to the Supplier. 

*Please note, orders submitted within 30-minutes of the Supplier's cutoff time will be automatically submitted with no review period. Please ensure orders placed near this cutoff time are completely correct, as no changes will be able to be made.
