Suppliers deliver orders during a 4-hour time window, outlined by you upon sign-up. You can also request an alternative delivery window if you require your order be delivered outside of your normal delivery window.

To Add or Request a New Delivery Window use one of the following options: 

  1. Inform your sales representative upon sign-up.
  2. Outline your alternate requested delivery time window in the 'Notes' section of your order. 
  3. Navigate to 'Shipping & Locations' under 'Your Settings' of your account and outline your delivery window in the 'Delivery Instructions' section.
