If you have used the 'Dispute' function on your mobile application, a ChefHero representative will review and follow-up on your claim within 24-48 hours.  

Alternatively, if you were externally promised a credit by ChefHero it will be applied to the invoice pertaining to the offending item or incident.
Credits will be outlined as a 'Credit Note' directly below the offending item. The original item will be crossed out, with the new item or amount being clearly listed directly below.   

Once all credits have been applied to the invoice, you will receive an email notification containing a link to your newly updated invoice.
