While 'Orders' are able to be viewed at any time by navigating to your 'Invoices & Payments' page on mobile or web, 'Invoices' take up to 24hours to be generated.
One of the following processing statuses will be displayed to the right of all invoices:

  • 'PAY' will appear next to all processed, invoiced orders awaiting payment.
  • 'NOT READY' will appear next to orders which have yet to be processed and invoiced by our financial department. 
  • 'PAID' will appear next to all paid orders. 

To Access Invoices via Web: 

  • Navigate to your 'Order Desk' and click your name in the top right corner to open 'Your Settings' page.
  • Click 'Invoices & Payments' on the left side of your screen.

To Access Invoices via Mobile:

  • Open the ChefHero application on your mobile device. 
  • Click 'Invoices' at the bottom of your screen.
