24 HOUR POLICY
If you are unsatisfied with any item received through one of our suppliers, please 'Dispute' or let our support team know within 24 hours of your delivery.  

We are happy to replace any unsatisfactory item that has been stored properly, unused/unopened, and disputed within this time.


WHAT IS DISPUTABLE
Any unsatisfactory Produce, Dairy, Dry Good, Meat and Poultry item that are disputed within 24 hours and may be:

  • Spoiled and/or poor quality.  
  • Outside the expiration date on the package. 
  • Open seal, broken/leaky containers.
  • Incorrect item.
  • Incorrect unit.
  • Incorrect size.
  • Incorrect brand.
  • non-Kosher/non-Halal when otherwise stated.
