Ordering with ChefHero is easy! 

WEB:

1. Using the 'Search' bar at the top of the screen, navigate to your desired product, select your unit size, and click 'Add to Cart' to start a new cart.

*This will also outline the supplier’s minimum order amount at the top of your cart.
**Change the quantity of your items by clicking 'Add to Cart' once again, or toggling the ‘up’ and ‘down’ arrows next to the name of the item in your cart. 

2. When you’re ready, click 'Checkout', where you’ll be asked to select a delivery location and day.
*Add any pertinent order details for the warehouse or driver under 'Delivery Instructions', and be sure to hit 'Save'.

3.  Once completed, click 'Review Order' to review and submit.
*The order has now been placed and will be delivered on your selected day!
**Orders are fully editable for 20 minutes after checkout, allowing you to change or delete your order. Pending orders are displayed on your 'Order Desk'.
***After the 20-minute grace period, you will receive an email notification confirming you order. 


MOBILE: 

1. Using the 'Search' icon at the bottom of the screen, navigate to your desired product, and click 'Add to Cart'. 

2. Select your unit size and use the '+' or '-' icons to select your quantity and start a new cart.
*This will also outline the supplier’s minimum order amount at the top of your cart.
**Change the quantity of your items by clicking the current quantity displayed beside the item in your cart, and entering a new quantity. Be sure to hit 'Done' once completed to have your changes saved. 

3. When you’re ready, hit the “checkout” button, where you’ll then be asked to select a delivery location and day.
*Add any pertinent order details for the warehouse or driver by clicking "Add" beside 'Delivery Instructions', and be sure to hit 'Save' once completed. 

4. Once completed, click 'Submit Order' to submit.
*There is no review period for mobile orders; by clicking 'Submit Order', your order has now been placed and will be delivered on your selected day!
